Following the appointment of the Voluntary Administrators the Company will no longer be accepting refunds, returns or exchanges. This includes refunds/returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, and/or purchases prior to 2 August 2021. As a result, affected parties may (subject to other remedies available to them) have a claim as an unsecured creditor of the Company. To register a claim as an unsecured creditor, you must submit a duly completed Proof of Debt form along with evidence.
