On 2 August 2021, Voluntary Administrators were appointed to the Company and the
Voluntary Administrators are conducting an urgent assessment of the businesses and
trading will continue at this time with the following policy changes:
Strictly No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges
Please choose your item(s) carefully as there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. This
includes refunds/returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
No new lay-bys can be made on stock. Stock placed on lay-by will be reserved immediately
and customers will be communicated with and kept up-to-date on payment requirements, if
any. Lay-bys cannot be cancelled. If any outstanding lay-by is not completed, all payments
will be forfeited.
Reward points and Discount coupons
At this time the Company credit notes/reward points cannot be redeemed however please
retain any record of this information until further notice. Coupons issued prior to 2 August
2021 cannot be redeemed. However, Coupons issued after 2 August 2021 can be
If a customer has paid for an item in full, but not received it, it will be delivered in the ordinary
course of business, subject to delivery times and stock availability. Customers can track their
orders through the openshop website.
Product Guarantees and Warranty
Warranty on any products will be honoured under individual manufacturer and/or supplier
terms only. All goods are purchased “AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND/OR
GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND provided by openshop or the Voluntary Administrators. Please
contact the manufacturer directly for branded products. For products that are openshop
branded, please complete a proof of debt.
