• Some products are subjected to a delivery fee (May vary depending on product size, weight or other varying reasons)
  Please check the description of the product for the delivery fee.

• 30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY:
   

  If you would like to return your product for Change of Mind within 30 days of purchase, please note there is a $15 restocking fee charged by the supplier (this will be deducted by openshop upon refund). Additionally, you will need to arrange postage of the item back to the supplier at your own cost.

  
  For change of mind returns, we assume no liability for loss of/damage to the product while in return transit. We insist that the product should be packaged carefully in original packaging including all accessories, insured for the full purchase price, & shipped via traceable means, and this tracking number is supplied to openshop.
   

   

  
  
  FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY:
  Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage and be complete with all accessories. We must be notified if the product being returned does not meet these conditions.
  
  
  Procedure for Warranty Claims:

  If a product is confirmed faulty by TODO, a return label will be supplied to you for your convenience.
  - Please kindly make sure the returned product is complete with all parts that it came with originally
  - Please kindly make sure the returned product is safely packaged, as physical damage will void warranty
  - To ensure speedy processing of your return, please include a copy of the invoice attached outside of the package, along with your full return details and contact number as well as the nature or description of the problem inside of the package.
   

  
  Exclusions:
  Replacements or warranty claims do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product.
  To the extent permitted by law, warranties will only apply to products used for personal / private use. Using products for commercial purposes will result in the warranty being voided.
